Successfully led integration of 300-person sales team and corporate marketing on Salesforce Chatter, achieving 100% adoption, transforming sales satisfaction. Spearheaded creation of collateral, including a Salesforce content library. Collaborated on 'Think Bigger' campaign, doubling engagement and earning sales team's favorite campaign accolade.
Collaborated with the Human Resources team to create 'Think Bigger' recruitment collateral, spurring a corporate rebrand and website overhaul project that I also led, culminating in a highly praised launch by executives within a month.
Architected and refined a B2C email marketing program for RentPath, leading to its evolution as the most profitable offering with consistently high engagement rates and robust lead generation for apartment communities, allowing the sales team to capitalize on it to close more deals.
CHALLENGE: At RentPath, I had the privilege of leading a transformative project aimed at enhancing communication between the corporate marketing team and our 300-person sales force.
APPROACH: Recognizing the potential of Salesforce Chatter to streamline collaboration, I proposed and spearheaded the integration of both teams onto the platform.
STRATEGY: The integration process was multifaceted, involving technical onboarding and comprehensive training sessions tailored to the needs of both teams. I personally led by example, actively utilizing Chatter to showcase its benefits and encourage adoption. One key aspect of the initiative was the creation of a content library within Salesforce, allowing marketing to share valuable resources directly with the sales team.
RESULTS: The impact of this initiative was significant. Not only did we achieve 100% adoption of the platform, but we also witnessed a remarkable transformation in sales satisfaction—from previously dissatisfied to extremely satisfied—according to employee surveys. This feedback underscored the project's success in facilitating more effective communication and collaboration across departments, ultimately contributing to improved team performance and satisfaction.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP: Similarly, my collaboration with the corporate marketing team on the 'Think Bigger' campaign further demonstrated my strategic planning and execution skills. By doubling engagement and earning the sales team's favorite campaign accolade, we not only achieved our objectives but also inspired action and enthusiasm among our team members.
