Tasked with the dual challenge of orchestrating a complete company rebranding alongside coordinating participation in the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), I managed these ambitious projects within a strict three-month deadline. For the rebranding, I oversaw a comprehensive overhaul of our visual identity, redesigning everything from our logo to print and digital assets. Simultaneously, I meticulously coordinated our trade show presence, from booth layout and activities to pre-show and post-show promotions. The successful unveiling at the trade show resulted in $2.5 million in machinery sales. Additionally, I led the development and launch of a new website on Accrisoft CMS, focusing on structural design, digital asset management, SEO optimization, and launch promotions. These efforts led to a remarkable 300% increase in website traffic, significantly enhancing our digital presence and engagement.
